Conditions of SA BOTRA 2021 Stallion Tender

1. Tender is for service only.
2. Service is for 2021/22 stud season only unless agreed by the stud.
3. No GST is applicable to the tender price.
4. A reserve is placed on each service. If the reserve is not reached SABOTRA will negotiate with the tenderers in order of the highest down to achieve a suitable price. 
5. Tenders must be via emailed, to sabotra@hotmail.com or via the below form, and received no later that 5pm Sunday August 8th 2021. 
6. The winning tender will be invoiced by SA BOTRA and must be paid no later than 28 days after the date of the invoice.
7. Winning tenders will be advised in writing within 3 days of the close of the the tender. 
8. Donating stud normal breeding conditions apply.
9. All proceeds from this tender go back into the industry here in South Australia including a percentage to the SA BOTRA Hardship Fund which supports natural disasters and re-homing of the standardbred.
