SA BOTRA hosts the 50th running of the Alabar Golden Nursery at Globe Derby Park first run in 1971 on the Wayville showgrounds and won Karomin by driven by Lloyd Webster.
The Golden Nursery has since been won by some of Australia’s best Juvenile pacers the likes of Uncle Remis, Armchair Ride, Popular Port, Nickalong Shadow, Pappy McCoy the great filly Ananz.
And more recently the three time South Australian Horse of the year Emain Macha two of the last three years a filly has taken home the trophy in 2018 Bubbles And Cheese and last year the supper filly Dancing Finn.
So who will be crowned 2021 champion will it another filly in the likes of Im Princess Bella or Coco Mia or will the boys from the South east be taking home the prize the odds on pop JAWSOFLINCOLN or one of the Alyce Finnis trained Art Jester or Ever Hoping
